- Beacon Hill added Workers Compensation to an existing renewal; Abatement Contractor with $260,000 in receipts. The insured was able to save approximately $1,700 over the incumbent carrier.
- $3.4M Asbestos Abatement Contractor with associated restoration services and $1M in payrolls. Purchased a Workers Compensation policy for $42,000 in premium.
- Added a companion Workers Comp policy to an existing renewal; An Asbestos Abatement and Mold Remediation Contractor with $320,000 in receipts. The insured purchased a policy with $1M/$1M/$1M Employers Liability limits, saved premium, and was able to move the account from the State Workers Comp Program.
- Asbestos Abatement Contractor with $500,000 in payroll purchased a PartnerOne Workers Compensation policy for $47,500.
Other Recent Success Stories:

- A transporter of medical equipment purchased Transportation Pollution Liability coverage including low-level radioactive waste for $9,000.
- Liquid waste removal company renewing a General Liability/Contractors Pollution Liability/Transportation Pollution Liability policy; Beacon Hill’s PartnerOne Environmental underwriting division was able to turn around a quote within one day that was comparable to expiring. The premium was $17,900.
- Waste water sewer authority purchased Site Pollution coverage with clean-up coverage and Products Pollution coverage for bio-solid waste being used a fertilizer. The premium was $22,000.
