What is PartnerOne Dealer and Repair?

• PartnerOne Dealer and Repair is a claims-made pollution liability form offered through the PartnerOne Environmental program from Beacon Hill Associates. It provides coverage for on-site cleanup costs, third-party bodily injury, and property damages (including defense costs) for releases commencing after the policy retroactive date for scheduled locations and storage tanks.
• PartnerOne Dealer and Repair coverage is offered by an "A" rated carrier. 
• Available product enhancements include: coverage for off-site repair and maintenance service performed by the insured; and, coverage for claims resulting from pollution events caused by equipment leasing operations.

• Because PartnerOne Dealer and Repair is rated, quoted, bound, and issued via Beacon Hill's in-house PartnerOne Environmental program department, enabling us to offer fast turnarounds and excellent service.
• Because claims caused by a pollution condition arising from the insured's covered operations may not be covered via the insured's General Liability form.
• Because PartnerOne Dealer and Repair can be used to meet U.S. EPA Financial Responsibility requirements for regulated storage tanks. 
• Because coverage through the PartnerOne Dealer and Repair program starts at $430, with limits starting at $500K/$1M and deductibles starting at $1,000, offered on admitted paper.
