Mike Tighe, originally from Throgs Neck, NY moved to Virginia in 1989. He started his insurance career with Farm Bureau in 1997 in the Washington DC/Northern Virginia area. Learning the ropes quickly, Mike became Virginia rookie of the year within the company. He later went on to become an independent agent with Erie Insurance Group in Lynchburg, Virginia before coming on board at Beacon Hill Associates in 2001. He earned a business degree from the University of Virginia here in Charlottesville, VA. When not helping brokers place environmental insurance, Mike can be found on the golf course or wine tasting at one of the local wineries. Mike understands the challenges that producers face and enjoys helping them secure competitive and effective environmental coverage.

Tracy Durham handles small new business accounts for this region. Tracy started working with the Beacon Hill team in September 2011 and has over ten years of experience serving in a customer service position with independent insurance agencies. Tracy is originally from Lynchburg, VA and earned a History degree from James Madison University. She holds both Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses for the State of Virginia, as well as a CIC designation. As an Associate Account Executive, Tracy works on new business opportunities and provides assistance for other general servicing issues.
